Before You Start
Privacy Warning
Screen capture records everything on your phone screen. Before going live:
- Close all messaging apps (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)
- Close social media inboxes and email
- Close your photo gallery
- Enable Do Not Disturb to block incoming calls & notifications
Anything that pops up on screen will be visible to thousands of viewers.
Overheating Risk
Screen mirroring + gaming + streaming generates significant heat. Extended use will cause your phone to overheat, which may:
- Force-stop the stream
- Reduce screen brightness automatically
- Damage battery health over time
Recommended: Use a phone cooler fan or keep a fan pointed at your phone. Limit streaming sessions to 1–2 hours.
How to Go Live
Prepare Your Phone
- Close all background apps — especially chat, gallery, and social media.
- Enable Do Not Disturb or Airplane Mode (then re-enable Wi-Fi).
- Set screen brightness to 70–80% and disable auto-screen-off (keep screen awake).
- Clean your screen for clear visuals.
- (Optional) Attach a phone cooler fan.
Open GEMTOK Game
Open your browser and launch a Classic Game or Mini Game from the GEMTOK dashboard. Keep the game visible on screen.
Start TikTok Mobile Gaming Stream
- Open the TikTok app.
- Tap + at the bottom, then swipe to the LIVE tab.
- Under Go LIVE, select Mobile Gaming (not Camera).
- TikTok will ask for screen recording permission — tap Start Now or Allow.
- Switch back to your browser with the GEMTOK game.
- Write an engaging title (e.g., "Interactive Tap Game! Join & Play!").
- Select the Gaming category.
- Tap Go LIVE.
Monitor Your Stream
